JUSTICE FOR DONALD ROGAN SIMPSON JR.

Greetings August 10, 2025  

My name is Donald Rogan Simpson Jr. and for of those of you who are visiting this website at this early stage and at later dates I wanted to give you a little brief information on what will be posted and shared with all of you who visit for which will not only be my claims of my 101% wrongful conviction also will be posted and shared many courtroom and investigative reports along with police and evidence reports that will 101% clearly show and prove the 101% injustice I’ve been wrongfully serving as of todays date for the past 33 years 9 months  and 10 days today doing a life with out parole sentence as a first time offender and later I will also be sharing a professional appeal review that will outline all of the injustice in different relief avenues I can use to fight and receive my 101% exoneration from this injustice as well as getting justice for the alleged victim and I’ll start by sharing this motion full of ineffective assistance grounds against my trail counsel and as mentioned I’ll be adding a lot more to this website in the upcoming weeks.
